Bill Joseph
Bill Joseph has extensive experience litigating and trying various types of business and civil disputes, including construction, real estate, lien, products liability, contract, employment and tort cases. Bill is also experienced in handling corporate, intellectual property and land use transactional matters. He was counsel to the Oregon House and Senate Judiciary Committees during the 2003 Legislative Session, is a registered lobbyist, and is using his experience and contacts to remain active in state and local politics. In 2010, Bill was honored as Associate of the Year by the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Portland. In 2008 and 2009, Bill was selected for inclusion as a Rising Star in the area of construction law by Oregon Super Lawyers.

Mike has a broad diverse background that brings over thirty five years of experience in the lumber, construction and real estate industry. His expertise, gained within one organization, ranges from retail and wholesale to manufacturing. In June of 2002, Mike formed a business of passion, RoHillCo Business Solutions. RoHillCo serves it clients in a wide array of services including mechanic lien noticing and lien filings, planning and consultation services, numerous business services, including insurance and bonding as well as many other additional products and services. Andrew Shepard
Green Building Consultant, Builder Outreach Specialist, Earth Advantage Institute. Andrew Shepard is a Green Building Consultant with Earth Advantage Institute and a Builder Outreach Specialist with the Energy Trust of Oregon New Homes Program and the Northwest ENERGY STAR Homes Program. Andrew also consults on the USGBC’s LEED for Homes projects and is a certified Verifier for the Northwest ENERGY STAR New Homes program.

Kyle Barton is a Program Analyst for the Energy Trust of Oregon’s existing homes program. Currently he is monitoring and implementing the energy performance score pilot for 800 participating homes within the Energy Trust territory. He has been active in the residential energy efficiency conducting energy audits, promoting the Home Performance with Energy Star program, supporting real estate professionals; and executing new initiatives for the existing homes program.

Since starting with PECI in 2008, Angel has worked as a data and market analyst researching the Northwest residential housing market. In this capacity, Angel forecasts both new residential housing production and home appliance sales for the Energy Trust New Homes and Products Program in order to inform program design and savings goals Angel also serves on the board of the local Association of Energy Service Professionals chapter, named “Future of Energy” where she coordinates monthly educational networking opportunities for energy service professionals and those interested in learning more about the energy industry. She also supports the Community Energy Project as a member of the board in strategic planning and fundraising.
Dakota Gale:
Dakota Gale is the Sustainable Finance Director at Earth Advantage Institute, where he works with financial industry partners to create green mortgage and insurance products that help to catalyze green home building and retrofits. He also creates green home appraisal methodologies and works to improve home energy disclosure for consumers. His experience includes designing solar panels and semiconductor technology in California. He designed LEED-certified green buildings and modeled building energy usage as a green building engineer for PAE Consulting Engineers in Portland, Oregon and has also taught classes on examples of on-the-job issues.
